Description: On or about July 12, 2009 Plaintiff, an NYPD detective, participated in an undercover operation. During its course two arrests were made and Plaintiff signed a complaint charging them with possession of narcotics. Plaintiff testified at both the grand jury and pre-trial hearings. The cases were ultimately dismissed. On or about April 30, 2014, approximately 4 years after Plaintiff's testimony, Plaintiff was arrested by Lt Adam Ramos, Sgt. Wilbert Crawley, Det.
