Description: On July 6, 2015 at approximately 6:30 a.m. Plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of 326 East 201st Street when POs Henry Irizarry, John Doe, and John Roe stopped Plaintiff on the basis of a racially-motivated "stop and frisk" policy and summarily searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained him in an excessive manner without legal justification. Plaintiff was arrested and criminally processed, including a strip search, and remained incarcerated for over 24 hours. Plaintiff was maliciously prosecuted and compelled to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against him were terminated favorably.
