Description: On February 10 2023, the Plaintiff was unlawfully stopped and arrested by NYPD Officer Robert Erosa and transported to the 20th District where he continued to be unlawfully detained. He was taken to Rikers Island where he remained until February 16 2022 due to malicious prosecution. The warrant and charges were vacated on February 24 2023.
