Description: On June 25, 2022, while plaintiff was a pedestrian at a street, police officers Jimmy Romero (Sheild No. 5558), Francesco Scalici (Sheild No. 7889), Sajiad Asar (Sheild No. 16889), Hilton Jeanpierre (Sheild No. 1205), and other police officers engaged in a high speed chase in pursuit of a motor vehicle. The officers’ pursuit caused, permitted, and allowed the chased vehicle to strike and collide into several vehicles and pedestrians, including the plaintiff.
