Description: Plaintiff was on the street with his two kids when officers approached him, searched him, took his kids to the hospital and called ACS. Officers took him to the 105th Precinct and harassed him by calling him a sex offender and pedophile. Charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, which were eventually dismissed.
