Description: On April 15, 2018, police officers Vikram Persaud, Khalil Binsafar, John/Jane Doe 1-6 falsely arrested Alexander Otero Sr. Otero was accused of trespassing into a 83rd precinct at Brooklyn. Otero's son was arrested and Otero hoped to inquire his son's whereabout at the precinct, but when Otero asked the police about his son, the police denied to give him any relevant information despite his son being in their custody. Otero was subsequently arrested when he talked to the police about their misconduct and mistreatment for not providing him with the relevant information despite not having any justifiable cause of doing so. Otero was subsequently detained for 27 hours. At no time did the officers intervene to help...
