Complaint
Description: On January 19, 2011, as Plaintiff was walking on Flatbush Ave, Defendant Officers Sergeant Joseph Muir, Sergeant Luke P. Denesopolis and Officers John Doe #1 and #2, who were sitting in their NYPD vehicle, approached and questioned Plaintiff without a reasonable basis or probable cause. Defendant Officer searched Plaintiff without evidence and it yielded no contraband. Plaintiff was arrested anyways. Plaintiff was brought to prescient 70th where we was held for several hours then to Kings County Central Booking for several days on false allegations by Defendant Officer Muir. Defendant Officer Muir made several false allegations including that Plaintiff possessed a controlled substance. Based on these false al...
