Description: On October 29, 2019, Plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped without cause. Plaintiff was then ordered to exit the vehicle. Plaintiff was handcuffed and arrested without cause and transported to the precinct. During booking, Plaintiff was shoved to the ground and punched in the face by officers. After receiving medical attention, Plaintiff was falsely charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a weapon. All charges against Plaintiff were subsequently dismissed.
