Description: On June 12, 2012, plaintiff was at his home, on Daniel Low Terrace, Staten Island, NY, when defendant O’Brien came to his door. O’Brien entered and arrested plaintiff. O’Brien handcuffed plaintiff and imprisoned him in a police vehicle for two to three hours. O’Brien transported plaintiff to the 120th precinct. O’Brien arrested plaintiff based on false allegations and claims of defendants Parker and Fogarty. On June 13, 2013, plaintiff was arraigned in Richmond County Criminal Court on baseless allegations of defendant PARKER that on June 4, 2012, plaintiff trespassed at a business on Bay Street, Staten Island, NY. On August 14, 2012, all charges against plaintiff were dismissed.
