Description: On October 28, 2022, the plaintiff, Reynaldo Rodriguez, was lawfully in the vicinity of East 198th Street and Creston Avenue, in the Bronx. Without an arrest warrant, probable cause, or any legal justification, Defendant officers Garcia, Doe and Roe, stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained him in an excessive manner. Mr. Rodriguez was arraigned after his arrest and thereafter falsely and maliciously prosecuted with committing a crime. Mr. Rodriguez remained incarcerated for over twenty-four hours and was required to make numerous court appearances until all charges against him were terminated favorably.

Description: On September 16, 2022, PO SANCHEZ JIMENEZ, DOE, and ROE approached Plaintiffs EDWIN ALMONTE, VINCENT VEGA, JOSE VASQUEZ, and ELIAS POLANCO without reason in the vicinity of Grand Concourse and East 192 Street and stopped, frisked, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained him aggressively and excessively. Plaintiffs were arraigned after his arrest and thereafter falsely and maliciously prosecuted for committing a crime. The plaintiffs remained incarcerated for 24 hours. After numerous time court appearances, the charges against the Plaintiff were dismissed.
