Description: On August 23, 2012, at approximately 11 - 11:30pm, Plaintiff ALAN RODRIGUEZ was in his home when he heard a commotion in the street outside. Through his front window, Plaintiff observed several NYPD police officers physically subdue his neighbor, ERIC CAMPBELL. After Plaintiff walked outside, Plaintiff observed a plain clothed officer kick Mr. CAMPBELL in the face and then observed another officer stand on Mr. Campbell's face.
