Description: On September 4, 2013, Plaintiff was walking on the sidewalk with his cousin, while engaged in a call on his phone. Plaintiff subsequently observed Defendants, four plainclothes NYPD officers, interacting with an individual at an intersection. Plaintiff continued walking, was approached by Defendants, and detained. Defendants violently placed handcuffs on Plaintiff and dealt physical blows to his body.

Description: On June 14, 2014, Jessica Salch was unlawfully stopped, frisked, arrested, and maliciously prosecuted by NYPD Officers Richard Lennox and Korey Noak, among others, while walking in the Bronx. Without suspicion or consent, the officers seized and searched her purse, finding a legally prescribed Xanax bottle.
