Description: On September 24, 2014, Nakita Brim walked inside a store on Livonia Avenue in which Officers Ivan Torres and Marvin Turnbull were. When Brim walked past Torres, Torres called her a ‘bitch.” Brim responded, “a bitch had you.” Torres and Turnbull handcuffed Brim and placed her under arrest without probable cause, then took her to the 32 Transit District Precinct. Brim was told she would be charged with disorderly conduct and placed in a cell. Brim then told Turnbull and Torres she recognized Turnbull from seeing him pay prostitutes on Williams Street.
