Description: On November 17, 2016, Plaintiff Robert Parker was pulled over while a passenger in a taxi cab. The officers ordered him, along with the other passengers and the driver, out of the cab. They searched the cab and found no contraband. They handcuffed Mr. Parker and placed him under arrest without any legal justification; he was not read his Miranda rights. Mr. Parker was forced to appear in criminal court on several occasions for baseless charges which were ultimately dismissed on January 19, 2017.
