Description: On July 4, 2019, Plaintiff was involved in a traffic accident in Brooklyn. Defendant Officers Jimmy Romero and Hilton Jeanpierre, as well as up to ten unnamed Defendant Officers, arrived at the scene. Because of Plaintiff's race, religion, national origin, ethnicity or other improper characteristics, the Defendant Officers began to illegally question and search Plaintiff, without cause. Defendant Officers forced Plaintiff's arm behind his back and handcuffed him, refusing to loosen the handcuffs when Plaintiff complained they were too tight, which caused swelling, bruising and loss of feeling in Plaintiff's wrists.
