Description: On December 7, 2022, plaintiff was stopped, detained, searched and arrested by the defendants. Plaintiff was standing outside a nightclub when the defendants began to question plaintiff in a harassing manner. Plaintiff feared for his safety and tried to leave the area since he was not told he was under arrest. Defendants pursued him and even after he stopped, struck him with their police vehicle, knocking him to the ground and seriously injuring his left knee, right shoulder and lower back.
