Description: On June 6, 2022, plaintiff Peter Medina was standing on the sidewalk with his girlfriend next to his stationary scooter, in violation of no law. Defendant officers Austin Fortunato, and other unidentified police officers grabbed plaintiff and violently threw him to the ground, at which moment he was struck in the head by one of the police officers.
