Description: On October 4, 2013 Plaintiff stopped his motorcycle to purchase an item from a store. When Plaintiff exited the store he saw an MTA employee he was distantly familiar with being followed by a man yelling threats and holding a box cutter. When Plaintiff asked if the MTA employee if he was okay the man with the knife turned and began to threaten Plaintiff. Plaintiff was walking to his motorcycle so he could leave when POs John Doe 1 & 2 arrived and Plaintiff informed them what had occurred. A PO asked to search Plaintiff and Plaintiff declined, though Plaintiff did provide his identification on request. Plaintiff was told he had to remain at the scene until a supervisor came.
