Description: On July 04, 2023, while Plaintiff’s car was parked, an officer was rude towards her child. Toshia attempted to get the officers information to file a report. Toshia spoke with Badillo, who refused to give information she requested, saying “I’m not going to do what you want me to do;” and “Not on your time.” An ambulance was slowly coming down the street. The officer ordered Toshia to the sidewalk, to allow the ambulance to pass. Despite not blocking the roadway, Toshia was arrested.
