Description: On June 3, 2012, Plaintiff took a yellow taxi to his mother's house. Upon arrival, the taxi's credit card machine was malfunctioning so Plaintiff asked him to help with the machine or take Plaintiff to an ATM so he could withdraw cash to pay for the ride. The taxi driver took Plaintiff to a NYPD precinct. When the NYPD officers ran Plaintiff's credit card through the taxi's credit card machine, the transaction was approved. When Plaintiff went to leave the precinct POs Ricketts and John Does began to yell and handcuffed Plaintiff behind his back.
