Description: On or about September 15, 2018, Plaintiff was at a deli when she was stopped, handcuffed, and arrested by Defendants Detective Fludd of Narcotic Borough Manhattan North and New York City Police Officers Jon Doe. At no time had the Plaintiff engaged in any illegal or unlawful behavior, nor did she possess or sell anything of an illegal or unlawful nature. The Plaintiff was arrested, strip searched and confined in a cell with numerous male prisoners. Due to handcuffs being clenched tightly to her wrists, the Plaintiff experienced pain and numbness. After several complaints, Plaintiff was taken to the hospital. The Plaintiff was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance. After numerous court appearances...
