Description: On August 14, 2013 Plaintiff was assaulted and battered without legal justification by Lt. David Cordano and POs Matthew Foley and Todd Keys. POs took Plaintiff to the 112th Precinct where POs searched and continued to assault him. Plaintiff was unlawfully detained until August 27, 2013. Plaintiff was maliciously prosecuted and all charges were ultimately dismissed on October 28, 2013. Plaintiff suffered physical injuries, emotional distress, anguish, anxiety, fear, humiliation, and reputational damages as a result of this incident.
