Description: On December 22, 2021, while lawfully at her own residence located at 2017 Lafayette Avenue, Apt 2, Bronx, NY, the Plaintiff was detained by the Defendant. During the course of this detention, the Defendant grabbed the Plaintiff, handcuffed her, and subjected her to battery and abuse with the intent to harm, humiliate, and embarrass her. After searching the Plaintiff and finding no incriminating or dangerous items, the Plaintiff was taken to the 43rd Precinct and then to Bronx Central Booking, where she was forced to endure great emotional anguish and physical harm.
