Description: On October 3, 2024, plaintiff was a lawful passenger inside his friend’s car at Onderdonk Ave and Cornelia St, Queens, NY. The car was stopped and seized by NYPD officers. Officers ordered Plaintiff out of the car. Plaintiff was pulled out, seized, and searched by members of the NYPD. Officers kneed plaintiff without any justification. Officers searched Plaintiff’s friend’s car without a warrant. Officers arrested Plaintiff and transported him to a police precinct, then to Central Booking.
