Description: On or about November 10, 2012, an off-duty Court officer performing security for the area approached Plaintiff's car and questioned her and then punched her in the face, breaking her jaw. Plaintiff lost consciousness and spent several days in the hospital as a result. She required surgery to fix her jaw.
