Plaintiff complied, kept his hands and body in plain view, and did not make any threatening actions or motions. Regardless, the POs including Cordero grabbed Plaintiff and slammed him to the ground with excessive force, causing serious injury to Plaintiff. Other POs observed the unlawful use of force and did not intervene. Plaintiff required medical treatment but POs exhibited deliberate indifference to his medical needs.
