Description: On March 8, 2022, at approximately 8:30 pm, the plaintiff, Natisha Howell, was unlawfully assaulted by the defendant police officers of the NYPD, P.O. Melissa Granados (shield #4360) and P.O. Brett Ostander (shield #18461) in her residence located at 781 Prospect Place, County of Kings, New York. The defendant officers entered Ms. Powell's apartment and handcuffed her, causing injuries to her wrists and hands. The defendant officers then lifted Ms. Powell off the floor and placed her in a police vehicle, transporting her to the 77th Precinct.
