Complaint
Description: Plaintiff was driving when he began to have difficulty breathing and pulled off the road. Defendant Officers approached and Plaintiff asked them to call for medical aid but instead the defendant officers ordered plaintiff out of his vehicle and subjected him to a series of sobriety tests and unlawfully searched plaintiff's vehicle. Officers tightly handcuffed Plaintiff, arrested him, and brought him to the 60th Precinct where he was given a summons for a fishing knife he had in his car. The summons was ACD'd.

Description: Defendant officer approached Plaintiff 1 and told them he "fit a description". When Plaintiff verified he was not under arrest and tried to leave, officers pepper sprayed him, threw him to the ground, and searched him. When the other 2 plaintiffs approached the scene, they were both pepper sprayed. Plaintiff 1 was charged with dis con and possession of marijuana. Money was also taken.
