Description: Plaintiff was the target of racial and ethnic discrimination, violent threats and statements defaming her character by the ex-wife of her fiancÈ. The ex-wife made fraudulent reports with the 122 Pct., where her cousin, Defendant Officer Weisberg, is stationed. Officers then called and told Plaintiff to come in and when Plaintiff surrendered to the 122nd Precinct she was issued a DAT for 240.26 and 240.30, which were later dismissed.
