Description: On January 16, 2018, at or around 6:00AM, plaintiff was lawfully within the vicinity of her home at 80 Baruch Drive, New York, New York. Defendants unlawfully entered the plaintiff's home, claiming that there was a domestic disturbance report, and after being told they were in the wrong apartment, refused to leave and remained outside. Upon receiving plaintiff's identification, the defendants still refused to leave and demanded entrance to her home without lawful justification, and repeatedly bang and kick plaintiff's door and pushed out the door's peephole. The defendants pushed plaintiff to the ground and placed her into handcuffs, and called EMS staff and told them that plaintiff was an emotionally distribut...
