Description: On or about February 28, 2013, Defendant Rachel Gosine had Plaintiff arrested by Defendant Police Officer Pablo DeJesus without probable cause or a warrant. On or about March 1, 2013, Defendant DeJesus commenced with the criminal prosecution of Plaintiff and continued it until it failed on October 25, 2013. This caused Plaintiff embarassment, shock, and to incur legal fees. On or about May 9, 2013, Defendant Gosine had Plaintiff arrested by Defendant Police Officer Andrew Fitzgerald without probable cause or a warrant, and criminal prosecution commenced at that time.
