Description: On or about July 31, 2021, at 4:00 am, plaintiff was lawfully present inside of his apartment when the defendant police officers forcefully entered his residence and unlawfully searched, handcuffed, and falsely arrested him without probable cause or legal justification. The defendant officers also unlawfully searched plaintiff’s apartment and seized his vehicle before transporting him to the 70th Precinct, where he was unlawfully searched, fingerprinted, photographed, and detained in a filthy holding cell for many hours.
