Brian Holshek, Detective James Sepulveda (No. 3405), and Officer Elisa Benjamin. Upon finding a firearm in the unlawful search, the officers celebrated, shouted "lunch!" and "you picked a good one!" Plaintiff was placed in tight handcuffs which left welts and imprints and driven to the police station. He did not receive medical attention for the injuries. He was held at an excessive bond amount.
