Description: On or about February 27, 2016, Plaintiff was wrongfully arrested by defendant Police Officer Jeremiah Wilson, and held over two nights in custody at various locations. He was not released until he posted $10,000 bail. The prosecution was ultimately dismissed on or about September 23, 2016. As a result of the initial confinement and prosecution, Plaintiff suffered great indignities and emotional distress.

Description: Plaintiffs were standing and speaking outside apartment building when unidentified Defendant Officers pulled up to the corner and started running towards the Plaintiffs. Defendant Officers chased Plaintiffs into apartment, as one Defendant Officer stuck his foot in the doorway and forcefully pushed Plaintiff 1 against the door, running towards Plaintiff 2.
