Description: On August 5, 2018, defendant Officers Arenella, Ellis, and John Doe wrongfully and falsely stopped and arrested plaintiff Ronald Moret, physically assaulting him in the process. Defendants then prepared false police reports accusing the plaintiff of disorderly conduct which lead to malicious prosecution against him.
