Description: On or about May 24, 2013, Plaintiff was arrested for an alleged theft at the hotel where he was staying despite video evidence of the crime showing a man that clearly was not the plaintiff. Defendants P.O Brian Little and John Does #1-3 and Detective Dale Persaud used excessive force in apprehending Plaintiff, and intended to cause harm throughout the arrest and prosecution, and as a result Plaintiff suffered severe personal injuries to mind and body. Plaintiff was jailed for 4 days.
