Description: On December 18, 2021, Ms. Farrison was falsely arrested in the vicinity of 422 E. 161st Street in the Bronx by Defendant Police Officers Joseph Canale, Christopher Boyce and several unknown police offices. The Defendant Police Officers did not possess probable cause to arrest the plaintiff and intentionally provided false information to justify their invalid arrest and to have Ms. Farrison prosecuted for various felonies. In the course of the arrest, Defendant Police Officers used excessive force and assaulted and battered Ms. Farrison.
