Description: On September 3, 2019, Plaintiffs Marcus Gonzalez, Wilmer Velasquez, and Reginald Law were on the street when Defendant P.O.s Christophe Boyce, John Doe, and John Roe stopped and searched them without cause. The officers assaulted plaintiffs and beat them all over their bodies. Plaintiffs were detained and taken to a police station in the Bronx. Plaintiffs were subjected to an unjustified strip search while in the custody of defendants. Plaintiffs were charged with a crime, arraigned, and incarcerated for over 24 hours.
