Description: On March 17, 2012, Plaintiff was lawfully present in Zuccotti Park. Defendant police officers accosted Plaintiff, a woman, deliberately grabbed her breast, threw her to the ground, deliberately bent and twisted her wrists, and handcuffed her with flex-cuffs more tightly and violently than authorized by NYPD procedure. Defendant officers placed Plaintiff under arrest despite a lack of probable cause. Plaintiff was held and detained in custody for approximately thirty-one hours. When Plaintiff was finally brought to court and arraigned, her case was adjourned in contemplation of dismissal.
