Description: On or about April 17th, 2016, Plaintiff was at a restaurant with a friend when PO Liridon Ahmedi and PO Roberson Tunis arrived. Plaintiff and his friend were arrested for theft of services. Plaintiff had attempted to pay for their meal using a VISA gift card which had sufficient funds to pay for the meal. Plaintiff was taken to the precinct for processing, arraigned, and released on his own recognizance. Plaintiff had been in NYPD custody for a total of 29 hours. On January 9th, 2019, the charges against Plaintiff were sealed and dismissed.
