Description: On January 1, 2017, police officers Nicolas Torrisi, Alfonso Cautillo and other unknown police officers, touched, grabbed, handcuffed and seized the Plaintiff, in an excessive manner without reason, causing him physical pain (injuries not specified). The officers approached the Plaintiff with their loaded firearms, outstretched limbs and other objects which they used to strike and restrain the Plaintiff. The officers then arrested the Plaintiff and took him into custody to a police station in the County of Bronx and there charged him with crimes (not specified).
