Description: Defendant Officers were shooting homicide detectives who investigated the shooting of a 16 year old who was shot and killed in Queens. Plaintiff, who was arrested for the shooting, claims that officer procured false testimony from a witness in order to indict him for the crime. Plaintiff was held at Rikers Island for 6 years until his trial where a jury acquitted him.
