Description: On April 5, 2019, an individual reported a burglary - specifically, that a piggy bank was taken from their apartment. Officers observed video evidence showing Plaintiff kicking and banging on the individual's door, but does not show Plaintiff entering the apartment or possessing any property from the apartment. Following the video, officers arrested Plaintiff in his home on November 11, 2019 and transported to the precinct. All charges were dismissed the next day when the District Attorney declined to prosecute.
