Description: On October 27, 2018, at the intersection of Ashland Place and Dekalb Avenue in Brooklyn, Defendant Officers Nathaniel Lester and Jonathan Cruz forcibly detained Plaintiff without a warrant or probable cause or reasonable suspicion to believe that Plaintiff had committed a crime. Plaintiff was forcibly seized, assaulted, and battered.
