Complaint
Description: On September 18, 2018, plaintiff lawfully entered a Mcdonalds restaurant at 2154 Nostrand Avenue when an employee immediately told her she must leave the restaurant. The plaintiff was very displeased with the employees' actions and attempted to call 9-1-1 when defendant NYPD officers approached the plaintiff and arrested her in retaliation of her exercising her First Amendment right of free speech. The plaintiff suffered physical, emotional, and psychological injuries from this incident.
