Description: On or about December 20, 2012, Plaintiff was sitting at the courthouse waiting to be summoned for a different matter when Defendant Detectives David Bell and John Doe 1 instructed Plaintiff that he was to go with them for questioning. Defendants then arrested Plaintiff. Defendants told Plaintiff he had an "I-Card warrant" out for him. However, the I-Card was falsely issued against Plaintiff by Defendant Detective Manuel J. Perez, who failed to check video footage from a Fedex that would have exculpated Plaintiff. Furthermore, after Plaintiff was arrested, a police line up was performed, and Defendant Officer Adam Kreitzberg stated in a report that the witness was unable to positively identify the Plaintiff. A 911 call was made by plaintiffs grandfather over a verbal dispute Between Plaintiff Shayna Pantojas and Tyheem Rhodes . The defendant officers arrived, knocked on the door and asked to speak to plaintiff Tyheem Rhodes and asked him to step out outside . The plaintiff declined the officers request to step outside , in result the officers physically pulled the plaintiff Tyheem Rhodes outside .
