Description: On or about October 21, 2020, Plaintiff Jesse X. Hernandez was at the roadway in front of 2 West Loop Road in New York City. He was allegedly approached and assaulted by several officers from Roosevelt Island Public Safety Department and the New York City Police Department. The officers involved were Lieutenant Alex Papagiannis (Shield #2388), Peace Officer Kenneth Rufino (Shield #312), Peace Officer Zambrano (Shield #4270), Peace Officer Yeison Gutierrez (Shield #4316), Sargeant Latoya Paradise (Tax ID 940546), Sergeant Kijun Kim, Sergeant Matthew Stanton, Police Officer Peter Rozo, Police Officer Christopher Tsatsaronis, and various unnamed officers).
