Description: On June 4, 2017, Alexandra Owens, a Bronx resident, was a passenger in a vehicle pulled over by NYPD officers from the 43rd Precinct. Officer Billy Jean Kuppler and others were involved in stopping the car. The male driver was arrested on the scene, but Owens, who was visibly pregnant, was not initially detained.
