Description: On April 19, 2013, at approximately 3:00AM, Plaintiff and her sister went to a laundromat in order to clean their mother’s uniform for work the following morning. Because the two were uncomfortable waiting inside the laundromat, they decided to wait by a well-lit bus stop nearby, where they were approached by Defendant officers Donofrio and Hurst. Plaintiff explained to the officers why they were there, at which point Defendant Donofrio accused Plaintiff and her sister of drinking from a container that was underneath the bench of the bus stop.
