Description: On April 19, 2013, at approximately 3:00AM, Plaintiff and her sister went to a laundromat in order to clean their mother’s uniform for work the following morning. Because the two were uncomfortable waiting inside the laundromat, they decided to wait by a well-lit bus stop nearby, where they were approached by Defendant officers Donofrio and Hurst.
