Description: On November 13, 2012, at approximately 9:45 a.m., plaintiff was arrested without probable cause by NYPD officers, including Jose Andino and Michael Safoschnik, when they falsely claimed to have a warrant to enter her apartment. Plaintiff was at home with her mother and her nephew at the time. The officers pushed plaintiff against the kitchen wall and held a gun to her head for approximately 25 minutes, causing injury to her right shoulder.
