Description: On August 14, 2013, at 45 Fleet Walk in Brooklyn, NY, defendants unlawfully arrested and assaulted plaintiff, including using pepper spray. Injuries caused by defendants were treated at Woodhull Hospital, including swelling to plaintiff’s left hand and wrist and an avulsion fracture to plaintiff’s right acromion process.
